This report comprises a summary of the proceedings and the presentations made during the UNWTO Regional Seminar on Climate Change, Biodiversity and Sustainable Tourism Development. The event was held within the framework of the 30th Joint Meeting of the UNWTO Commission for East Asia and the Pacific and the UNWTO Commission for South Asia in Nadi, Fiji, from 18 to 20 June 2018.

The event brought Asia and the Pacific tourism policy makers together to examine the effect of climate change on tourism development, the link between sustainable tourism development and biodiversity conservation, and how this translates into governance arrangements in their respective destinations. The regional seminar and associated report were supported by Chimelong through the UNWTO/Chimelong Initiative.
